Founded in 1994 in Rochester, New York, we began with one of the first-generation high-volume, high-quality dry ink digital presses. Since then, we’ve continually evolved—embracing the latest printing technologies and expanding our facilities to exceed customer expectations. Over the years, we’ve grown our capabilities to include finishing services, direct mailings, warehousing, and fulfillment. Our team brings deep expertise in print technology, including the ability to self-service our presses to ensure consistent, high-quality output. With multiple presses in operation, we maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
In 2025, after more than 30 years of service, we proudly rebranded from Merlin Digital Solutions to High Falls Print Solutions—a name that reflects our commitment to innovation, reliability, and partnership. We look forward to helping you develop and implement printing solutions tailored to your needs.
